I LOVE American eagle & the clothes , but on the app and web site I'm only allowed to view one thing. For example I can see the collection of jeans together al 30 of them but when I click on one I like and want to purchase it, the jeans don't show up its blank, and the section to choose a size is blank also! Please help!

This app makes it very easy to spend too much time and money buying undergarments. They have great prices, quality products and sales, but before you know it, you've quite outdone your budget. Don't forget there's tax!

I shop here mainly for jeans for my husband and I, but I do often buy other things and I've got to say I love the app, I love the store. they've got the cutest clothes and I always take advantage of the sales. you can never go wrong.

The app is continuously freezing and closing on me any time I try to browse or order product. While the items stay in my cart, I find it an inconvenience to continuously have to reopen the app just to order clothes.

Overall I love the app but I wish the new items would be photographed on a model, the app crashes a lot, and I really wish there was a wish list or favorites button.

I love how easy it is to use their website. And I also love that is remembers your banking/card info it makes the checkout really fast. And the quality of there cloths are so great. Another nice thing it that they are not that expensive. Overall I am really happy with American Eagle
Terrible updates

I just updated it and now the app won't even start up right!! It keeps telling me to log into my account and I have already logged into my account. It is very annoying!! Very disappointed!! I would of rate this app 0 stars if I could.

So, I love everything about this app. It's super easy to use and I really love that I can order stuff from my phone because I share a computer with my sister. Also, the app has a lot of cool feature that the American Eagle website doesn't, like the filter to find exactly what jeans you're looking for (you can filter by color, length, wash, fabric type, etc) and it also has the super cool feature of showing Instagram photos of people wearing some form of AEO clothing and gives you ideas on how to style your stuff. So, for the most part it's a great app, BUT it does crash fairly often, and doesn't re-open to the page you were on (you have to find it all over again) and that is really annoying. But other than the crashing issue, this app works great.
