The meditations are based on the book titled "Meditations on the Gospels for every day in the year" by Père Médaille, S.J.
To help you to meditate every day, there is a daily reminder feature in which you can set the timing of the reminder.

I own several of his apps and really liked this one. Daily meditations during advent. It took a few days for me to get in the swing of the format but once I did I really looked forward to it each day. I have already purchased his lent reflections and am ready for that. The scriptural rosary and the stations of the Cross are the other ones I have.
