100 years ago this day Castle Cardell was saved from the diabolical Sir Thanatos and his evil minions. A hero much like yourself sacrificed his life to save not just Castle Cardell but the whole realm!

On this 100 year anniversary we have decided to celebrate by holding The Tournament of Fate. Heros from all over the realm have come to stake their claim at greatness and untold riches!

The Tournament of Fate will test strength, endurance, wits and most of all heart. Only the greatest of all champions stand even a chance at completing this heroic task but if they do they will be remembered for all time!

The Tournament of Fate takes place in five different arenas. Each arena includes a battle ring, shop, vault and two portals. To start a battle round head to the battle ring and enter. Once you complete an arena you can head to the northern portal which will take you to the next area. Good luck and may the gods be with you!

Solid gameplay but needs balance and polish.

The core concept behind this game is good- Old school, turn based, linear dungeon crawl. There are a several places for improvement. -Most importantly, this games premium currency is earned far too slowly, and too much of the content is locked behind it. For example You can't share items between characters without spending 10+ hours of play worth of gems. -Crafting items should not use nearly as much premium currency as it does. -UI needs work. Fastest way to switch characters is to force close the application and reopen it. There's no clear way to quit to character select to swap characters. Spell/ability descriptions and costs are unable to be accessed while in combat. As it stands, I would not recommend this game... yet. It's one or two patches away from being a great game, but it's not there yet. Willing to rerate if these issues get addressed.

Great

Great game! Passes the time?

Gem replay

Reasonable play with slow accumulation of pay-gems for free. The game fails to provide replayability because of forced adverts / "gem replay". This can be implimented as a bonus, but it's not here: so it is just obnoxious. Shame really.

Good

Good game

Needs work, esp. the in app purchases
bookyman63

Ok, this game really does need work. More help needed, better explaination of skills, spells, casting, and the usual armour and weaponry. The in app purchases need to be watched Carefully. I know I bought 100k$ but it sold me the 2x gems thing. There is horrible lag for when you buy things and its Very easy to buy the wrong things, again because of the lag. Be careful with this game....

Really fun and addictive... But could be a little better.
Mr M Bag

Love the set up, love the game play... But I read some of the other comments, someone said, "too cash grabby", IT'S TRUE!! A special currency, "fate gems", are used to purchase all the extras... I actually thought, "what the hell... I'll sink $2 in, I like this game...", POOF!! They're gone with TWO in game extras... Plus the $1 I spent to get rid of adds between fights, (literally every 30 to 45 seconds there's an add), plus the $2 I spent on gold to buy better weapons, armor and jewelry... Plus the $2 I spent to get "fate gems" faster, and that sincerely wasn't even worth it... Now, instead of 1 per fight, (SOMETIMES), I get 2... To put it in perspective, you need 200 to open a treasure chest to share items between characters, and 100 to 300 to buy extra characters, (to which there are 6 to 8 I think), plus 4 additional skill sets... So, let's do some math... I spent $9... For another character, and to open a box... If I wanted to open new skills, characters, etc. at 250 "fate gems" a pop, and the best deal being $6 for 1000 gems, to unlock EVERY FEATURE in the game, is about $18... That's with NO GOLD! I honestly do like this game, I'd be happy to change my review if they resolved some of these issues, but until that happens, if you like the game, the $1 to remove ads is totally worth it, other than that... Money pit... Maybe more "fate gems" earned through fights, boss fights, maybe a side quest, a challenge or two to earn "gems"? Awesome game, super rad, addictive, and I love the fighting system..... but Final Fantasy is only $7...

Okay
Payne6

It's simple and fun. But I'm nice you make it past the first lvl replays cost gems or 30 sec ads yea that's overboard in my opinion...

Okay but...
The best 3v@r

The game is great except it has a lot of artificially added difficulty, it's difficulty begins to spike purely to Persuade you to buy gems, soda dungeon does the balance between marketing and difficulty right while still managing to be fun, this game almost seems like s grind just to obtain gems and requires multiple characters in order to efficiently progress

Don't bother unless you want to pay
Polderman

Everything is paywalled behind the premium currency. Plus, if you don't pay to remove ads there is a 30 second ad after every single battle (which usually only takes 5-10 seconds to complete).

Way too many ads
Llamatopian

Too many ads, even for a free game. At the rate I'm going, I'm playing for ninety second, ad for thirty seconds, repeat. With the little time I have to play games I'd rather not watch ads. Rest of the game is okay, visuals are a bit too pixelated, hard to read.
