App needs fixing

Purchased the $9.99 all books option. Downloaded all the books, then they disappeared and it wants me to buy them all again. And when I go to settings to try and click download purchased books, it is broken and won't let me scroll down to click the option... Please fix this asap!

I paid for this app one year ago . But I can not down load it again like they said I can before . I do not have the receipt to ask them for refund or to allow me to download again. Now I have to inform Apple Inc to ask for refund for me . I have problem with another app from this company. I paid twice for it . I will have to ask for refund again.

I give the app 5 stars for content, but restoring is quirky. There is a premium version with no in-app purchases needed. The publisher should delete this freemium version.
