my department loves using this app,our officers can stay mobile and get pics and signatures put into our forms to increase reliabilty and credibilty it has helped out exponentially

I use an iPhone and it never has worked the way it is supposed to no matter how many times I try and download, reboot, update my iPhone, always has the same problems with loading pictures and deleting all other content. Also crashes from time to time.

Easy to design and use. However, there are a few bugs to work out such as: 1. e-mail field and autosend feature only works under certain conditions 2. If the max file size is exceed and weird error message occurs

You have to make the forms on a laptop, but there are a lot of options. Really great!
