Incredibly buggy

Repeatedly asks me to buy premium content then tells me on each page that it was already purchased. Frequently crashes. No simulated cases. App in its current form is unusable

This app costs money once you download it in order to access the full content. Then it sends you texts messages almost daily requesting that you take a quiz and there is no way to shut it off! Terrible.

Please do not waste your time purchasing this app! When you download the app you will only be able to access one small part of the app, but when you purchase it you are still unable to access anything, and it will keep asking you to "purchase for $4.99"!! This is def a scam that itunes needs to remove from their app store. If i could rate this as zero stars I Would.
Waste of money

I bought this because it boasted "scenarios". No scenarios here, just info from trauma manual in outline form and a few questions. No response when I emailed about the scenarios. Disappointed!
