Love the program and that it’s easy to use... However I have to be checking the schedule to see if my patients have arrived while documenting, the app on the Apple Watch does not work. Is there anyway this will be functional soon? The watch application was a motivation for me.
I use AdvancedMD for PM only (don’t use the EMR). The iPhone app works great and Face ID works to log in. However, on my iPad Pro I can’t use Touch ID to log in. I go to settings and enable Touch ID. It appears to be enabled but if I close the app and try to relaunch it, I have to enter my password again. The functionality of the app is great but being unable to log in with Touch ID is frustrating.
I’m utilizing the app on an iOS system. When I try to save a document, the screen disappears and nothing is saved. Other than this very annoying and time consuming issue forcing me to carry a laptop with windows os, this is the best EHR software I've ever used. Please fix the bug...
Worst emr ever. It’s way too tedious. You should call me so I can help u fix it. What a nightmare!
Redundant; clumsy software created for a medical office and used, in my case, for mental health. I still need to keep separate written notes to guide my work. Seems like it was created by billers and attorneys.
I wrote a review on the previous update, which wasn’t great. Received a message from the developers today thanking me for my feedback and to check out the latest release today in which the issues were addressed. Very impressed, thank you so much!
The newest update ruined the schedule. The old one looked better. Also, there is ABSOLUTELY no need to see from 12 am - clinic start. Just show the providers schedule time. It’s ridiculously annoying scrolling past that blank grey nastiness all the time. Latest update ruined the schedule.
Can’t stand thisworst program to work with app. If my employer did not buy it I would never use it. It is too cumbersome and too many glitches that no one seems to know how to fix. If I could give a negative number this program would win the prize.
Quite frequently crashes, I lose notes all the time because it does not auto-save. It takes a long time to load prescriptions if they even load without crashing. Sometimes saving a note takes a long time and it ends up crashing too. By far the worst system I have ever used in my career.
Most horrible EMS system out there. Totally inconsistent. Utterly complex. Use unfriendly
