As a writer and editor, I use this app a lot. Except when I have no internet connection. Too bad they can’t find a way around that. (Hint! Hint!)
Has more useful modern words
Fan of tastic
I have the Oxford app and some additional word dictionaries. However this app was the ONLY one with important up-to-date entries used in these days of high technology and internationalization. Would have given 5 stars, but I miss the origin and transformation of words from earlier times. To me that makes the definitions more useful in our modern multicultural society.

Overall, it's an excellent app! The only minor thing that needs improvement is the audio.

This dictionary is, by far, the BEST dictionary I've ever used, both in book and computer format. This APP should be "10 Star Rated!" I use it incessantly as my backup in writing. JRL
