Pointless

So this is the most confusing app I’ve ever come across. It’s required by my employer, otherwise I would’ve deleted the second I downloaded it. They have habits for you to perform and then they keep track of how many of these you’ve completed. In a week, I’ve completed all the tasks and yet my progress counter never goes of 10% for the week. Talk about a negative motivation tactic. Pointless to use if you’re trying to better yourself. I’m only using it so my employer sees that I’m using it.


Very Buggy

Takes a very long time to load or does not load at all, doesn’t track your progress when you complete your habits even tho I’ve had no issue getting my points via the web browser (might go back to that). So basically unusable


Missing

Had the app and it disappeared. Restored it back from the cloud and now wants the QR code which is long gone. Unable to use this app at all.


The contrast is awful

I literally can't read anything in this app, the contrast with the letters and the background is too little. Maybe it's my iPhone settings or something but very doubtful. Was excited to try this app but it's become a hassle.


Features don’t work

One of the biggest reasons I installed this app on my phone was for the convenience. However, even though it shows a heading for ‘Elevate’ where new challenges appear on the web version, nothing appears when you try and select it. All you can do is enter data for challenges already accepted. This reduces the usability substantially. Also, Aduro still does not have a direct connection for an Apple watch, and I have been unable to get any of their suggestions to work. Their underlying technology does have access to the Apple watch, they just won’t enable it. Major bummers.

Audio is by a young man who does not have that soothing of a voice. Rather flat tone. But what really annoyed me was in the first video, talking about emotions, the example was feeling guilty about CLIMATE CHANGE. Seriously? A baseless theory? How about an example of human interaction when it comes to emotions? If I did not have to get points I would not be using this app.
