So as everyone else has said they sent out the upgrade which wiped out a lot of the good emoticons they had ! Now they ignore all the reviews by not fixing it. So much for customer service.

Perhaps the developers had a valid reason for removing the best emojis, but they didn't communicate that and just removed desired functionality without warning. Seems a bit shady.
