Q: What is Pigment Premium Access?

A: Premium Access is a paid subscription that gives you unlimited access to all of the designs in the Pigment Library, which is growing everyday! Premium Access also removes watermarks on your shared and saved images, and lets you save high resolution images, which is ideal for printing. Premium Access subscriptions comes in three flavors: weekly, monthly, and yearly.


Q: What happens when I sign up for Premium Access?

A: Your iTunes account will be charged the listed price and you’ll get immediate access to all of the designs in the Pigment Library when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same price and period as the chosen subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription at any time from your iTunes account settings.


Q: What happens when I start a free trial?

A: When you sign up for the free trial, you’ll get Premium Access for 7-days without being charged. You can cancel anytime during the free trial by going to your iTunes account settings. After the 7-days, you’ll be charged for the weekly subscription, which auto-renews. If you decide to purchase a subscription during the free trial, you’ll forfeit any unused portion of the free trial period.


Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel a subscription during its free trial period from the subscription setting in your iTunes account. This must be done 24-hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. If you have an active subscription, you’ll need to turn off the auto-renew for the subscription in your iTunes account and decline the renewal when you’re alerted. Q: What happens if my subscription runs out? Do I lose my work?

A: Definitely not! Designs that you’ve downloaded from the library will remain in the My Work section. However, after the subscription runs out, you’ll lose your Premium Access privileges listed above.
