I purchased the upgrade in the app and now it will not load. Just flashes the initial load the back to desktop screen. Deleted the app, reset the phone and reloaded the app. Still flashes then you are back to desktop. How do I get my money back?

We use this app in group messaging constantly. It's so much fun. And individual messaging with my husband. He actually says the little emojis make him laugh. I would recommend this app to everyone!! Keep the faces coming.

Updated and paid $4.99 for full access and got totally burned does nothing but crash can't even open it!!!!!

So I spent 4.99 and it won't even let me in the app! When I try to open it it takes me right back to my home screen. I've tried deleting it then re downloading it but it still does it please fix this and I'll give a 5 star!!!!!

I also just purchased this app for $5.99 and it crashes. I can’t figure out how to get a refund because I think I was truly cheated and cannot get my money back.
