Can’t import videos?

A video app that doesn’t edit the videos on my phone?? Am I missing something? Update - even worse took my 24fps video and output it in what looks like 15-18 fps horrible! No obvious way to control the output settings. Lame

I use Adobe Photoshop on an older Mac laptop. It started acting up. I remembered friend had me download Spark. This is a wonderful tool for the disabled! ?thank you! Monsieur Walter
Spark broken for IOS video import

Tried all formats of video and app appears to be broken. Have submitted help request. First windows version went flaky and wouldn’t import video even with conversions. Then IOS wont import any IOS video formats.

I am using adobe id and get Error Occurred While Signing In. My id works on all other adobe apps. Very Frustrating!
