Last couple of days couldn’t open the app on my iPhone 11 in-spite having latest iOS. What should do?

I love this app so much I use it to scan and submit my exams tests and everything. I highly recommend to get this app, no adds, glitches, submitting problems!. Best part is that it is free! No offense, but I had a clean ZERO problems with it so far. Thanks for reading this??
