This is irritating!

CookiCasey

This is my first time using this and every time I try to upload my photos and videos to the app to make a video it says “Error! Some pictures are not downloaded in your Camera Roll make sure they are and try again”. How are they not downloaded to my camera roll when I got then from my camera roll?! I was recommended to use this app by a friend and this app is terrible. If there’s anyway to fix this problem please do it or tell me if I’m doin something wrong! I wish I could give this 0 stars!

Help

Pinkster90

Can someone tell me how to remove the black bars on pics and videos on this app please???

No more Clip Speed control?

Is.Meh

Well for a paid app (we hold ten licenses of Creative Suite for Teams) this is crap. How does this have as high of a rating as it does. iMovie has better workflow and the few more options you need to actually be a relatively robust portable editor. As of now you still cannot speed a clip up, after numerous users asking for it, no bulk editing of still images (ie you cannot select multiple images and perform the same adjustment to them) that is pretty weak.

Crashes when using Live Photo’s

Aaron Boggs

App crash to making a video ratio is 10:1. I rarely get this app to produce a video. I did finally figure out the Live Photo’s causes it to crash. It will tell you they were deleted because it couldn’t find them but they are still in the sequence and it will crash when it gets to that spot. Even without using Live Photo’s I still have to try several times before app will make final product.

Forever to download

I could literally have slept all night and it would only be halfway, this is ridiculous, nobody wants to spend that much time waiting for something to download!

No vertical video option

guswillcreate

I’ve used many of the adobe apps, loving photoshop and Lightroom for photography and they have become my most used apps for those reasons. However, this video editing app has no further editing options than iMovie. Perhaps the most disappointing thing about this mobile video editing app is that you can’t even edit video vertically, it basically gives you no option for aspect ratio.

Can’t use your own music

Makes it seem like you can use your own music but you can’t

Error message

moriahria

I use this app pretty regularly to create videos for our business. Since the most recent update I regularly get an error message that my videos/pictures aren’t available from my camera roll. Sometimes it takes several tries before it brings them in. Very very frustrating.

Used it because I had to - just some thoughts (because in the About section you asked for comments)

Recently my company decided that it wanted to have a team building exercise and it turned into a video contest putting all of the various departments and divisions against each other with the winning team getting to donate money to a charity of their choice. Because we do have a Marketing Division that uses Adobe products all day every day (I am the Video Supervisor, Producer, and Editor) they made a rule for the contest that ALL of the content in each video submission for the contest had to be totally shot and edited on mobile devices. So, immediately I realized that I finally had a project to play around with Adobe Clip. It wasn’t easy. For our team’s submission, we recorded a song (in our multi-track studio) and we then shot video of people lip syncing to the song track, add to Premiere Clip and move them around - making sure that they were synced up to the finished audio track.. That wasn’t super simple. In addition I was surprised at the lack of transitions available. I understand that Clip projects are able to be exported to Premiere Pro (and that is awesome) but again, this one has to be completely done on the mobile device. I guess overall I think that it is pretty cool that Adobe is making these mobile apps, but I wish it was a little more “pro” as far as the options available. I use all Apple products, so for this mobile only project I would compare it to iMovie which does appear to have a few more options available.

This App does NOT work with iPhone 7 Plus

Calipvp

I’ve tried this app on different versions of the iPhone & it just so happens the one I own it doesn’t work, which is an iPhone 7 Plus. I’ve uninstalled/update the app along with the phone and still it will not work. The error message I receive is that the app does not support the video on my mobile device. No matter how I get the video it’s not supported.
