Works, but bare bones

Another disgruntled customer89

Hopefully, Adobe is working on an updated version of this app with full funtionality. One glaringly obvious feature missing is the ability to return a book to the library once you've finished reading it. Adobe: Please update this app and add this feature. Thanks.

The most user unfriendly app

Sindbaad

It just simply does not work in iPad. Waste of precious time. Probably the old animosity between Apple and Adobe?

This is why piracy exists

When you actually take time and money to acquire something and then you can’t use it and have to find other ‘means’ to get it anyway. Makes you wonder why I bothered thru the first process in the first place!!!

CRAP! NEG 10 STARS

I downloaded it , and iTunes says it is D/l’d but I can’t find it anywhere! I can’t read this stupid book. I hate the library! do all government workers have to be such idiots? why can’t they ever do anything right? stay away unless you want frustration. I can’t afford to buy all these books so adobe FIX it!

Hasn't changed in over 7 years

KatLuvvr

I cannot believe this app hasn't been improved since about 7 years ago! It was a piece of #%*^# back then, and it STILL IS! Use Bluefire Reader instead... It's MUCH better and much less frustrating! I'm deleting this crappy Adobe app right now!

Worst App ever!

!@***#

What a circle of frustration! We are being held hostage and are unable to get access to audio books we have paid for because we cannot get this App to work! Hours of wasted time, have tried it on desktop, laptop, iPad and iPhone --- and have not gotten it to work. So much for having audio books for our family to enjoy on our roAd trip.

Embarrassment For Adobe

Liberty or Death

After long hours wading through user forums to find a working means of getting these library books to the iPad (we used the Overdrive App on the iPad and directly load from the library bypassing the Mac desktop altogether), we are greeted with a nice looking user interface that performs like a Yugo with a slipping clutch. Awful execution. I find it difficult that getting these popular library files to be used on popular iPads, is put to shame by a Kindle or Nook.

i hate it

brybry619

how the hell am i supposed to read my book when this crap isn’t even showing itself anywhere although it says “downloaded"

Where is it?

Still-searching-for-it

I am told its downloaded but its not in my downloads. Where in the comp does it live? Any ideas? I really wanted to read this Ebook.!

Functional, but needs work.

I'm using this app because I have NO CHOICE. ADE on my MacBook is borked and Adobe won't help because it's free software. The app is getting me by, but as best I can tell, there is absolutely no way to delete books from the app. So my new books are hidden in a forest of old books and download files that I can't delete. Very frustrating.
