واجهه المستخدم رديئه والتسجيل لا يدعم بصمه اليد او الوجه وسرعه التحويل لعميل لنفس البنك بتاخد وقت كبير فيه بنوك الارسال بيبقى لحظى لعميل فى نفس البنك البرنامج عامل زى برامج التسعينات فى الجوده

البرنامج متوسط ، و لا يوجد تحديث ، بالاضافة الي دعم بصمة الاصبع او العين لا توجد ، و البرنامج الخاص الجهاز اللوحي لا يعمل ، و عند الاتصال بالدعم الفني للبنك قال انه لا يوجد برنامج خاص بالتابلت ، ارجو الاهتمام و شكرا .
