I have used Ad Guard for over a year and just renewed. This time I started to actually explore what AG does, what I can do to let AG do more for me, like reading about filters and adding AG to what I can manage when I visit a web site that I didn't know was possible by someone who really understands little about how the app, etc do and work. I highly recommend this app to everyone who would like to exercise more control over their use and enjoyment of the Internet.

New review: I now use Aguard along with Genius, another adblocker that is on the App Store. When I read you can use two or multiple adblockers, I thought why not. Together, they block out the pesky ads that plague the internet like vile mosquitos. Old review: I try to look for Adblockers which are up to date, which is this app and BlockBear. They meet my criteria, and I looked at many Adblock apps in the App Store. Either this one or BlockBear does what it should, because my Safari ads appear to be blocked. Just make sure you open the app and follow the instructions, or else you'll be like me at first and think you have it working but you missed a step.

Recently all ads started showing up on Mobile Safari even though my Content Blocker for Adblock was enabled. But I just enabled this alongside the useless AdBlock and now ads are gone! If only there was a way also to block ads from links on Twitter.

I was initially disappointed that ublock isn't in the App Store but this app does awesome! Easy to set up and very comprehensive I'd give it six stars if I could.
