No reading ability is required to play the games and the child can choose his or her own path through the games at whatever pace they like.
Starting from adding 1, it allows your child to practice a very large variety of sums, building confidence with numbers and laying the foundation for schoolwork.
The full range of practice additions includes: addition for numbers 1 to 20; number bonds for numbers adding up to 10, 20, 100 and more; counting and adding in groups of 2 to 12; two and three digit number addition with carrying.

Number sounds - up to 100 - spoken in english by children are included to allow a child to associate written numbers with number names.
The visual menu system allows the game to be navigated without having to read, so individual games can be found simply by looking and touching.

The app has a glitch, which stacks all the answer cards in the top corner, instead of spreading them out like it shows it supposed to do. Until this is fixed, it's too frustrating for my son to even bother with, because as he's trying to unstack the cards, and spread them out himself, he keeps getting told that he's clicking on the wrong answer. I really wish I could get a refund on this app, or they would get to work on an update to fix the problem.
