I thought that this app would be good because of the good reviews. My last ad blocker blocked a bunch of websites and that was annoying, so I tried this app. As soon as I loaded up safari it was like 0.2 fps. I don't know if you would use the term fps in non-gaming situations like this, but you know what I mean. I couldn't do a single thing it was just too slow. I'm pretty sure that the reviews on this product are 100% fake. In conclusion, this was a terrible product. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! EVER!!!! THIS APP IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I paid money to 1blocker and it doesn't block ads on facebook and twitter on safari. This blocker does its job and free. Don't waste your money on anything. This one does the job.

Pros: I use this app in conjunction with Purify to provide the ultimate in ad blocking experience. I was able to download a great set of filters that blocked pre rolled ads/commercials on some of my wife’s favorite shows. Cons: I cannot activate certain filters or my videos/websites won’t load. The process of selecting filters is a cat and mouse game between functionality and convenience and it is very complex. It is not as simple as some apps like Purify however, it is a necessary evil to get what you want. There are no options to disable specific ads such as banners, social media buttons, images, etc... that can help simplify specific ads users want to target. If a user selects too many filters it is possible to slow down web surfing. I only activated 9 filters with no noticeable issues in speed. Overall: Purify is my go to app to block banner ads, images, and social media buttons that ruin the web surfing experience. Adblocker Ultimate is my go to app to block pre roll commercials on websites and YouTube. The combo is great!
