I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I couldn't get Exchange to work, even after duplicating a co-worker's configuration. I downloaded ActiveSync Tester and it told me exactly what the problem was. Thanks!!!
Does not detect ActiveSync running on MDaemon

All mobile devices that support ActiveSync can detect it running on an MDaemon server, except this application.
