Works just fine

I use this app with my Lifespan treadmill and it lets me transfer my workout info to my iPhone. I was having issues syncing my data till I found the FAQ on Lifespan's website. Once I followed the directions for syncing I haven't had a problem since. I have started using Apple Health for all of my fitness and health data and this app syncs to it. Pretty handy. I don't think Fitbit does that.

Won't Work with TR1200DT

Unable to pair my iPhone 6 with this treadmill and use this app. Please fix this issue LifeSpan. I love my TR1200DT and would like to be able to track steps using this app

Does not sync with Bluetooth treadmill

Doesn't work

Just like the other reviews say, this simply does not connect to the Lifespan treadmill, which would not be a big deal if it wasn't, technically speaking, literally it's only job. You only had one job. You failed. So now I'm returning a $1500 piece of equipment because a free app can't do something that even basic tech could do a decade ago.

I love the treadmills and app, but...

I've got the old treadmill that can only connect to the computer via Bluetooth and their old app. But, it works, it syncs, and all the data pushes through to this app. I loved the ability to see everything in Apple Health and only rated this low because this new update, the apple health update, or iOS 10 seemingly stopped the link. I don't see my treadmill data in Apple health anymore. I'm hoping to bump this back up. It would be nice if my older treadmill could Bluetooth directly to the app, but it appears they only allow the new Bluetooth adapters. Too bad they can't figure out how to make my phone Bluetooth with a device my computer can. First time I've ever heard of that.

It Works

1/12/17- Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the app, after an email and a phone call Lifespan had me up and running! Error was on my end not theirs. I can't express enough how much I love the whole Lifespan experience! Keep up the good work! This apps works as the developers say. I have had no issues with connectivity since installing the Bluetooth adapter in my TR300i. The overall functionality could use an update to include all of the areas the desktop version covers. Overall, I am satisfied with the app.

Does not work

I don't generally review apps but this one flat out does not work. I Purchased the required Bluetooth adapter from LifeSpan and installed into my TR5500i treadmill. After reading very limited instruction offered, I still can't get the app to accept data from the treadmill. After finishing my run, I open the app, hit the Bluetooth button on the treadmill and the tap to sync button on the app and receive a message telling me that the treadmill needs to stop. It is stopped. After waiting a minute I repeat the process, receive a 'data synced ' message but the app shows nothing for my workout.

Does not sync in iPhone

Happy Longtime Customer

I have a LifeSpan TR1200-DT3, it has Bluetooth enabled, and it does not sync with iPhone (I've tried an iPhone 5 and iPhone 7). It syncs with my android device....put more love into the iPhone app! The iPhone can't even see the treadmill in Bluetooth connections!!!

No useful connectivity with other iPhone apps.

I don't see the connectivity of the data back to Health or activity apps. A clunky app at best it is a silo of information.

Improvement is needed

I am sure the developers is working on improving this APP which functions as recorder via Bluetooth. I started using it 2 days ago. The first day it is able to retrieve data from my elliptical machine. Yesterday the second day it failed. So it is working 50%. I will try again to see what is happening to my transfer procedures. I need must instruction from the developers. I will come back to report later. Ok I talked the LifeSpan about the failure to transfer data from the elliptical to my iPhone. They told me to hold the iPhone about one inch away from the console LED display. I did. Two times. Yesterday and today. Still data will not transfer to iPhone. There is an issue beyond a regular none I.T. Person can fix at this point. I will contact the developer and share my result. Still this app and the Bluetooth option is not working. Earning zero stars.
