Absolutely Love Love This!!! So easy to use! Love the download option where you can save your workout video & workout anywhere! Love the categories to choose yoga: cardio: strength training, running & even treadmill! BOOM like having A Personal Trainer in MY Home! Love that I get to see the trainers work out which motivates me to push harder & Not at all complicated to follow & oh yeah it's FREE 30 min workouts that make you drench sweat FREE! Thank you for Creating such a Wonderful App! So Get ACTIVE People!?♂️??♀️

I love this workout app, they have a a lot of workouts that you can choose from even Zumba, boxing, and dancing. You can also create your own workout plan, but the best part about this app is that there are no in-app purchases it's all free so your able to choose any video, workout and plan without having to pay and I think that's amazing ? keep up the good work pop sugar ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DOWNLOAD!!!

I wouldn't even mind signing up/logging in if there were some other incentive, but now the thing that I've always been able to do - save workouts to my routines - is disabled until I sign up. Not happy about that and not going to do it.

I have been using this app for several weeks now, and absolutely love the variety of videos. They have all been challenging, even the 10 minute ones. The app works well when I mirror it on the Apple TV. You can download the videos for off-line viewing, which is a big plus for me when I am traveling. You do need to sign up for an account to enable that feature, but that was not a big deal.

This app has all the appeal of a perfect at home option, but currently I am disappointed. I just downloaded it and can't get any work out to open.
