Using this with our catalogs

This app is offered to download and use with our brochures and catalogs and it just isn't working. I installed and saw some sparks, tapped the screen - nothing! Then I repositioned all angles near and far- nothing! So I uninstalled and reloaded it again all I get are the little sparks of light that is mentioned to happen but nothing 3D! I will call to see if they can assist otherwise its not me or my phone.

Sluggish performance (iPod touch 3G) such that the app is unusable. Then there's the basic premise of the app, which might seem "cool" at first, but in most applications is of little value, gratuitous, annoying, and a distracting elaboration. Generally speaking, even if this app worked properly, a normal video, navigable 3D object movie, web page, or the like connected via a simple barcode would be a far more useable and effective solution.
Great idea poor execution

It recognized the photo started the slide show of that area and every time I tilt the screen from flat to scan to upright to view the screen the program stops the slide show. The only way to view slide show is flat down. Great idea but bad flaw.
This app gets weird when it scans

just looks weird when I scan it sometimes I know you can fix it because I visited you last year and saw all the programming so it doesn't seem all the difficult to fix It still can scan and get the videos and pics and what not but the scanner changes shapes and the screen changes colors I still love this app and think that all this stuff is awesome
