Ok so far... I have only looked at this for a few minutes so rating may change (hopefully higher). But...Why in a problem with quarts and gallons would the solution use a common measure of ounces? Much simpler to just make gallons into quarts, then only one number needs to change. Also the practice problems sometimes do not give much to help know why an answer was incorrect. Perhaps this is why there is a tutoring sign up? I think the practice tests might be very helpful (which will increase my rating)
