I bought the test question part to study with, and it's terrible. The answers are cut off so you only get half of some of them. The other parts so far are useful, and is helping me study.

Would have like to have seen AHA algorithm at a glance. Also, the 'back' button doesn't work.

The algorithms are all wrong. The flow diagrams are too late to view and the size can't be changed. This is utterly worthless.

I bought this before and then they switched to a pay in app system and ripped me off!!!

I have been an ACLS instructor for many years and despite the many negative reviews, I feel this APP is still a very good resource. If you take the time to really look into it and break it down it is very helpful. It covers acute coronary syndrome well, the algorithms, And the many other helpful and useful resources in this app. I would recommend this app to anyone at any level of emergency medical care for teaching or as a handy backup for quick resources. If there are a few glitches for any updates for the 2015 guidelines a little research on your own can fix that. Tony Wann, BSRT, RRT, ACCS, NPS

This app is horrible. I thought it was free, but then I was charged $5. The print is too small to read. It is light grey print against a black background. There is tons of text but not enough pertinent I formation for an emergency. I would request a refund of my $5, but there is no way to contact the developers- what a waste!!!

Glitch in app causes you to keep paying for it

its a good app but seriously there is no notation anywhere that if you need to load this to your phone again that they will charge you to unlock it again. originally purchased this in 2011 updates continue. now the algorithms do not display properly and you cannot pinch to resize to see them please fix this app mr chan and then ill give you the better review

In app purchase gives you flowcharts from the book but it is way too big to see and will not resize. I would not get this app.
