Stupid and dumb and more stupid

There isn't any lead time to adjust the higher of the stupid dragon or to make it move downward faster. Basically of you aren't where you need to be then u die. Is it complete luck? Do you have to memorize the entire puzzle? Where does the skill and problem solving come in to the game? Like the title of this review says 'and more stupid'!
