Good, but lacking

cscott h-town

Great music and a awesome variety of stations. However there are waaaay too many commercials to keep a good flow and no way to pay to stop them. It’s like every three or so a commercial hits. Especially if you skip through a couple of songs. That’s way to much breaking up a good mood. Overall, I do use the app a few times a week, mostly early or mid day for a little me time. It’s worth the download, but could be better.

Bye bye, Sirius XM, Spotify, Pandora...

I got sick and tired of paying $200 a year for satellite radio that I will admit, delivers a lot of music choices, but it is not worth $200+! AccuRadio delivers just as much, if not more music choices than any of the premium services. What really sets it apart from premium music streaming services are the limited amount of interruptions, and they play actual music from the genre station you select! No slipping teeny-bopper bubble gum electronica music in with the blues channels here: Blues=Blues Jazz=Jazz Metal=Metal Etc... It is also easier to navigate and organize channels than the other streaming apps. Oh! It’s FREE! Just sign up! UPDATE: Still great, but... Ever since the iOS 11.3 update, the channels load very slow even on full LTE and/or WiFi. UPDATE 2: channels are still loading slow! Took away one star!

Amazing but the crashes made me nuts

Martin702

First of all amazing app with so many categories you will never get bored with this app but when i am using it it crashed For no reason just crashed This issu is always happening but overall rating for this app in my opinion is more that 5 stars and if you can fix the crashing problem i would be more than happy to use it even more

App has ads

Please remove the ads... highly annoying. If the roku app doesn’t have them then accuradio for the iPhone should be the same

Best variety of music anywhere

UsedToLoveTivo

If you like to listen to different genres of music, there is no better app. I can listen to a mix of jazz, rock, classical, new age, Broadway, whatever. The variety is fantastic. App works fine. I would have given five stars if there was a paid version that removes the ads and has higher quality audio (the normal quality is fine).

Useless on T-Mobile LTE

EnjoyMemphis

I really like AccuRadio, the features are exactly what I was looking for in an music app, BUT, it is not working as soon as I am on mobile data. The screen is showing “loading...” for ever. At the same time I can use other online music apps just fine, without any lack of response. A Speedtest is showing 14 to 15 MB’s, that should be fast enough I guess. I have no idea what the problem is for AccuRadio to connect, their tech support was not responsive at all, a total fail. Too sad that the developers are so much behind.

Screw off

I’m giving this a one star review because I couldn’t stream on the desktop site

So Far, So Good

Edited April 29, 2018: I’m still using the service and still love it, there is. Roku app too. I’d like to see an ad-free paid version with an offline listening function to save data. For example, one of the other services will download your 3 favorite stations to listen offline for a nominal monthly fee, thanks I just started using AccuRadio on my phone and love it so far, I like being able to create blended stations and there is more variety than Pandora, I have not heard very many ads yet. I think the 5-star rating system is better than thumbs up or down because sometimes you don't exactly love a song but it's just okay. There's a nice Windows desktop app too that syncs with your account. Overall this is very good!

Where did my blended channels disappear?

Whit beyond measure

This is a great app. I was enjoying it especially the blending feature. Now however, my blended channels totally disappeared! This is why this app is getting four stars from me. Can you please tell me how to get my blended channels back?
