Booking Status:
Added in app PUSH notification for all taxi bookings.
And also an SMS notification to the registered local number.
Track Taxi:
Locate your taxi for confirmed taxi booking. Tracking available for current bookings and tracking available from the time of confirmation and track his movement towards you.
Cancel booking:
You can cancel the booking by calling the call centre or from your app using cancel option.
Feedback:

تتبع مركبة ألاُجرة:
حدد موقع مركبة ألاجرة المخصصة لك. التتبع متاح للحجز الحالي و كذلك في وقت تأكيد الحجز ويكون بتتبع حركة مركبة ألاجرة بأتجاهها نحوكم.
إلغاء الحجز:
يمكنكم ألغاء الحجز عن طريق ألاتصال بمركز الحجوزات أو عن طريق التطبيق الخاص بك بالضغط على خيار " إلغاء".

You need to improve the satellite location information on this app. Two days in a row I have tried to use this app and it is telling me that it cannot get a signal when all the other apps on my phone work perfectly fine. Today, I was trying to book a taxi from my city center Masdar (which does not even come up in your app as a location). The app was just spinning and spinning not giving me a driver. The information desk at my city center Masdar was kind enough to call me a taxi. While your app was spinning and spinning not giving me a driver. I then hit cancel on your app and it would not let me cancel. I closed the app and then two drivers show up. One saying I had booked him on the app and telling me my name and information when his information never showed up on my app. I can’t even submit this review in your app right now because it says there is no connection each time I hit submit.

The problem is that Abu Dhabi banned Uber and Careem, thinking they can come up with an app of their own. It’s their right to do so; however, they should deliver by educating the drivers and if need be giving them smart phones. Everytime you require a taxi, you have to give directions. It’s a headache!

So awful service I have never received in my life. You could not rate the service of the app or the service of the taxi itself with plus rate . I’m giving it -10.

I don’t think so. My review was from 2 years ago, I don’t even live in UAE anymore...nice work.
Cancelling

The map does not work very well, and canceling doesn’t always work. Often times I will cancel a ride and it will not go through. This makes it even harder considering microphone on my phone is broken so I cannot call to cancel.
Location

Driver does not know my location many times even when I call and give directions. I had to call multiple taxis and ended up being late. All drivers don’t use WhatsApp so sending location does not work.
