I've used the app for over a year; it has worked much better than my alarm clock. The best part is it can be set to vibrate so the alarm wakes me and not my kids or husband. Great app!

Bought it on a lark, usually have trouble waking up and wanted to see of this worked. I know of sleep cycles and was curious to see of this app did wake you up in the right cycle. Well for me it does! I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day regardless of how many hours I actually slept.

I don't usually write reviews but this app is just that amazing. Even when I fall asleep at 5am I can wake up 3 hours later feeling refreshed as long as I use this app. It has helped me out of jams more than I can count, especially because I'm still in school
