Can't submit a claim

Works fine for reviewing your account but doesn't do the only thing I care about which is to submit a claim. I want to take a pic of my rx or copay receipt and upload it right from my iPhone.

Incredible app lets me manage my flex in seconds with ability to take picture of receipts and not have to mail or fax them in! Wow!

Can only review the registration
Missing my tabs

Because, after you manage to complete the dozen questions (note do not switch to another app to look up, say, your employer id code or you have to start over) or attempt to use ios keyboard shortcuts for, say, the 4th time you have to enter your email address, because the app just crashes, continually, after hitting complete on the registration field. Dont bother trying to fill the questions out again to try again because it will just crash, again.

Too bad I don't have any choice in the matter. Good luck uploading FSA claims in this app. And God help you if you forget your password. Needs a lot more polish. Sad when a large company uses a third party development resource and gets an outcome that similar to why I could have produced with minimal coding training. Should have hired a UX firm first.

Its functional just hates that it requires your pw each time you move to another app. Especially with all the technology i:e fingerprint touch

Don't bother downloading. The security photo doesn't load. It doesn't load my claim history. It will not let me enter the amount of the claim, so it is truly useless.

Touch password feature

The app is ok as far as being able to keep track of claims and balances. However it would be great to be able sign in with touch feature or remember my password. ?
