I didn’t download this app... my user name is being used but no email to change my password was sent to my email to unsubscribe!! ?

I paid the 4.99 so my son could have fun and learn at the same time and the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize my email or password. Doesn’t let him play. It’s like I don’t exist. But they still took the 4.99 out my checking account.
