The magnets come included in a total of seven categories. You just need to choose a drawer and drag the desired magnet on your board.

This category contains numerals from zero to twenty, and signs.
* Capital Letters
* Lower-case Letters
* Shapes and Pictures
In this category, there are ten shapes and some basic figures. Tip: this category in particularly works wonders with children's imagination as arranging the shapes can be used the same way as building kits with bricks.
This building enhances powers of abstraction as a child has to find a suitable way of translating his or her notions of real-world objects to a 2D perspective.

Here you can find a total of 29 various symbols.

Should you want still more fun, you can click on the Board icon in the upper-right corner and change the background. Apart from the default green, there's a white one, a blue one, and even a squared one, so that you can play tick tack toe! Plus if you want, there is also an option of safari and countryside backgrounds - all of this exclusively for you and your limitless creativity!
When you are finished, you can save your creations to the iPad Photo gallery.

My daughter loves playing with magnets on the so this app is right up her alley. She enjoys just playing with the shapes changing the background color to fit her mood. It is also making learning how to do basic math and reading really fun by being able to use the shapes and picture to illustrate example. It is all the fun of having what feels like a 100-magnet toy set with none of the mess and me stepping on pieces on the floor in the middle of the night.
Colorforms without the missing pieces!

This application is great for young children who would like to explore and (as shown in the screenshot above), older children who can already spell. I used to have colorforms and they would always reach a point in which they would stop sticking to the scenery or they would just simply get lost. This application brings back the beauty and simplicity of the colorforms concept and adds new dementions to it. My children will be playing this one for a long time!
