When I did the last update, I lost all the in-app purchases! Please fix this problem. I will not pay for them again!

Same thing happened to me as another poster. I did the update and veering was gone. :( he was going to make Christmas cards. Son and I are VERY disappointed and WILL NOT pay for purchases again.

So sad that I lost my lowercase letters after paying for them. How do I get them back? So on 12/21 I repurchased and was not charged. thank you again for a workaround until the bug is fixed.

The free version is full of problems if you try to buy the HD version or extra sets. Don't download it!
Lost in-app purchases (update-fix)

----Re-download the app. That fixed the problem. A message came up acknowledging that I have already purchased it and i was not charged.

Kids losing out
I still do not have the app back that I purchased. I refuse to download again and be charged for something I have already paid for. Please fix this in an update.

The bug is fixed! You just need to download again your purchases, the app says that you've already purchased it and you can download it again for free!
