I would give it five stars but it says it has sound effects, but I don't hear any. I do like the "magnetic" letters. I would recommend this app for kinesthetic-learners who need to work on spelling review.
Good game for kids to learn words!

This game turns iPad to be a mini blackboard. In fact, it's a black whiteboard. You can stick alphabets, numbers, symbols and interesting icons on the board. They can be adjusted and change colors. The icons can be used to make colorful pictures. When you finish the board, you can connect your Facebook account to save the image and share with your friends. (Especially the parents. :P) If you want to make a new one, just touch the "Clear Board". The game is so easy to control that little babys can play themselves.

My daughter really loves this app since the first time I run it for her. She doesn't even know what's writing but she enjoys placing and moving characters and icons in the board! She is still playing while I'm writing this review. You can place letters, numbers and icons, rotate them, and change their colors and also submit your board to facebook or save it in your iPad to show to your friends what your kids have done. I think this is a great app for your kids and you can use too to make them learn how to write words or solve basic math operations. A good choice. Keep the good work 'Dot Next'.

The interface is really simple and clean so its great for kids. I didn't run into any crashes or glitches. Overall its a very high quality app. Although you should make sure you have a case if your letting small children play with your iPad!

This app is so much fun. All the magnet types make it easy to create fun pictures, and publishing to Facebook is just bonus! I would like to see the ability to flip the magnets and choose a color instead of having to cycle through each color, but those really minor nitpicks on a great creativity booster that I'm sure I'll be playing with for quite awhile to come.

lots of magnet shapes and you don't run the risk of losing them! They're all packed into one little great app, quick loading time, plenty of fun for kids. I'd like to see a create a magnet feature, where you draw something and that becomes a magnet to play around with.I'm very pleased with the number of magnets available! 500+!!! I would like to see more backgrounds, such as a refridgerator background, and more magnet colors/textures.

This is perfect for the little kiddies. It makes it easy for a parent wanting to teach their children the alphabet at an early age. You have the fun of teaching the alphabet withouth the mess of your kids just deciding to play around with the letters and throwing them all over the place. The numbers and symbols add some extra depth to an already useful app. 5 out of 5!!
Great educational tool for children

This app is a great education tool for children and is disguised enough that children won't be averse to it because they think that it's not a game. As a child I remember using magnets to learn and it is nice to see that a younger generation can still use older methods with an updated technology.
