Only 5 stars cause It does work but only works the inner part of your abs so you have some ugly abs does not workout you obliques please do not get this app if you want abs

This app is awesome! Simple but it just works! Want a six pack, you just need -motivation -discipline - nutrition (don't stop eating what you like,just eat it with moderation) - and this APP!
Doesn't work with latest IOS

The app does not work with the latest update and frankly this company doesn't pay attention to updating their app at all. Buyer beware until there is a 2014 update.

It's basic and to the point....abs. I love Ivan and this is a great way to get out of an abs plateau. Give it a shot, you'll feel the burn ?!

This app is making me laugh at all the silly things Ivan says, but more importantly, it's really working my abs. Out of all of the ab apps that I've tried, this was the only one that I've stuck with.

This app is great and works for me! I even bought the pro version of it yet only problem I have is that I got a new apple product and I re-download it and it's making me re-buying the pro version which isn't fair but overall I love it

I've been using this app for while now and I've seen a huge difference in my stomach, I've noticed it had gotten tighter, even my family and friends have mentioned it to me. I love this app very much , all the other ones I don't feel the burn , but this one I feel it working , and I love it! This is great app , I recommend to anyone trying to lose their belly fat , and or are trying to get abs. My brother uses this also, and he had gotten abs, and we will both continue using this app and working out! Thank you for whoever made this because they did a superior job!:)
