While I love the app, it's a little slow. U don't need to rest for sibling between sets. Also, video shows it only works one side. Never switches sides. Otherwise I like it.

Recommended updates after last set video should show next exercise if possible, or have a instruction run through for the various exercise routines just a quick 3-5seconds showing each exercise, agree you need to shoe both sides or build it into to routine odd number sets for routines that work one side need to be compensated for by. User, But there are so man good things in this app the various routines to choose from and history tracking etc!!

Excellent way to get started and slowly progress. Made it easier to push through the levels and keep consistent.
