Tools are Broken!

The "cut" tool is completely worthless and doesn't allow you to trim your photos to fit the cool backgrounds available. Extremely disappointed.

NOTHING works on this app!! There was no backgrounds, no stickers, no effects, absolutely nothing on this app! The only thing it done was change my photo to black and white...oooh scary! Crop didn't even work!
