Horrible unavoidable ads every turn and cursing

Looks like a kids game but they constantly make the penguin curse. And the ads are a zoomed-in picture of skin, and there's no exit. So you try zooming out to figure out what happened and it brings you to the App Store. You have to completely double click to exit the game and start back over each time you die. Horrible.
