I recently upgraded to the Pro version and had a technical issue with accessing the software. Tom, was very responsive, quickly communicating with me and resolving the issue within 24 hours.

I use Manual of Acupuncture probably eight years on my iPhone, iPad and laptop and thinking is best product for acupuncture practitioners today. I installed Manual of Acupuncture v2 yesterday and cannot login in my account on v2 and lost all my info on old version.

Ever since I updated my iphone to IOS 13 a few days ago, the app will NOT OPEN. It just keeps spinning on a blank white page. Can you please look into this issue? I use the app daily and have been inconvienced by this issue. I have tried uninstalling it ans reinstalling it. Thank you
