3 problems amazing game

The star system makes no sense battles getting harder after beating them makes no sense isn't the point of different levels that they get harder each one if the same level gets harder that what's the point of having levels and coins are way to hard to get when stuff gets more expensive each purchase ESPECIALLY when it's by a large amount and it's a huge amount part of the game you need a good way to farm gold because An example I have been on a single level for ever because I have not had enough money to upgrade I have been farming for ever and the combinations thing should be a 100% because you have to buy literally everything upgrade wise first you need to get a card to upgrade than pay them to combine than buy it to equip and i feel like using your cards is price enough especially when it's not a 100% guarantee also the fact that you have a special power cooldown but they hero does not is complete bull crap I just lost like 20 soldiers because the hero used they spike thing twice in a row

Amazing game except for no way to farm gold you can't grind out the same level because it will eventually be harder than the final boss

This games idea is extremely good and fun but the only problem is that is extremely hard in the higher levels and I think the only way to get through those levels is by paying with real money.
Great game, minor flaws

This is great game by all means. But there is DEFINITELY some balance issues. Specifically with the rate in which costs go up, and enemies constantly getting exponentially stronger (like, every battle makes them stronger...) You CAN get stuck in a rut where you can't really earn any coins unless you get the sporadic elf (which I find to show up very seldom when I actually need it). Which means you can't really play it in that point.
