Good content, very poor execution

The audio tracks are very informative and good to listen to throughout the museum. However, the audio stops every time you lock your phone, which will auto lock after about a minute, causing you to have to constantly unlock your phone. They should have tested the app throughout the museum while creating it, to catch egregious errors like these.

I don't even have to use this app to know it was poorly made. You've been getting the same reviews for almost 4 months now. Prioritize please. Provide an app that people can enjoy an experience with - not one that frustrates and detracts from the museum. Nice work. Keep it up.

This app made my museum experience much better. I was able to listen to different descriptions of the exhibits. The audio clips followed the museum layout allowing me to know that I saw all the exhibits. It was nice having the audio when people crowded around the exhibit info cards. 2 problems with the app - 1) the audio requires a large download that doesn't automatically download when the app is installed. You should do this in advance of your trip if you want to avoid using your data. 2) every time my phone locked the audio would stop playing. I found myself constantly scrolling to prevent my phone from locking

I thoroughly enjoyed using this application while visiting the Memorial Museum. It's pretty huge though so downloaded on Wi-Fi.

It had some good information but was difficult to follow within the exhibits. The maps were unclear as to when to play the recordings. The different types of tours also added an extra level of confusion.
Doesn't seem easy to find the timeline of the day's events

Agree with previous comments on usage issues. Bring ear buds/headphone with you to avoid lining up to purchase. Book museum visit online to avoid long line up for tickets.

The portion of the tour with Robert Denero narrating was all garbled. I deleted the app and reinstalled. The same problem existed. The children/ family narration worked fine.
