Uploading your own videos doesn’t work

This app is great for taking videos... if you’re using the actual app to take them. My app has glitched many times and will not allow me to upload a previously taken video. Every time I try to do so, the app crashes and exits out. PLEASE FIX THIS. there is no support to find out how to fix this issue either. #unhappy

Love the app!!! Only thing is sometimes it won’t let me upload videos from my album and the app just shuts down when I try to, so not sure why I can’t upload videos. But everything else is great

Whenever I try to upload videos from my camera roll the app shuts down please fix this I paid for it!!

This app used to work great. It still does if you shoot anything with the app. However, it crashes whenever I try to import a video or photo — which is about 90% of the projects I wish I could do. I see from other reviews I’m not the only one. Hope this gets fixed soon. I am keeping an eye out for alternatives.

Unfortunately, this is one of those apps that crashes automatically after opening after a few months of use.

8mm keeps crashing when I try to upload a video from camera roll. It’s never done this in the past - could there be a bug? I have re-downloaded the app 3 times now attempting to fix the issue as well as restart my phone. Bummed!

I paid good money for this app only for me to not be able to use it. Every time I try to upload my video, it crashes immediately... I tried to re-install the app but the same thing just keeps happening. I love how the app works and makes my videos look, I just really, really wish it would work. It’d be great if you guys could fix this issue.

The app is good, however it’s just not the best quality of vintage. It’s not worth buying if you won’t use it much.

Crashes every time I open and try to upload my own footage. Have deleted, reinstalled, and restarted phone. Even tried on iPad and same issue. Disappointed.
