good controller, bad app

I love the controller, I have the NES30 pro, and I can’t seem to connect the controller to my phone. I go to Bluetooth and everything but it doesn’t show up. I was trying to reach out to people on forums, and nothing showed up due to an error. I can’t even register an account. Just a horrible app.

The app just gives u a list u cam play the controller you bought. Using on my switch as I think iOS 11 or iPhone X isn’t supported. Just waiting for update
Great functionality but...

I love the functionality of this controller, but it's always a pain to connect via Bluetooth. Bluetooth always seems to recognize it as some other device (sound bar, etc.) On top of that, it's stopped working properly with some games, although that might be the fault of the games rather than the controller itself.
