No 'free' in 'freemium', not much fun if you don't pay. Cue Sticks are expensive. Spin roulette is a joke. Never won more that 500. . Penalty rules for pocketing in other pockets rather than the one selected are unnecessary and too severe. In game play is quite real tho, lots of fun if you have the right stick. Great competition and styles of play to learn from. Overall rate 8.5 out of 10.

I never got my coins for beating all my friends. Even if I get third, I never get my coins. Horrible The game support and bugs keep getting worse by the day. To this day, I still have not received an email back from support I try to play 2.5k per game and it’s always getting me in a 100 game. Horrible

Awesome - but after playing longer now, I find that it's propensity to undo shots that of already been made is truly annoying!! I have won several games by either potting the 8 or the 9 in 9 ball only to have the game screen disappear then reappear with my pre-shot set up & no time left thus giving the opponent a free setup to win. If I have a weak or slow signal, I shouldn't be penalized. If a shot is finished it should be finished!!! Not reset with no time. I would never play this software for $. Too many glitches. Perhaps the fun does still outweigh the frustration, but not by much!

The game tells you that when you level up to the gold league you get 50 pool $, but you don’t... not cool.
Opening Boxes Cost $3 but Constantly Taking $4!

This is a major issue that should be remedied asap or just allow us to start the countdown on all boxes! It is too much of a hassle and senseless waiting countless hours for each box. And insult to injury the game is stealing money I've paid for! This is literally THEFT!
