Why Bodyweight Exercises?

I am a runner, biggest challenge is to do cross training. I started using this application and it is just what I was looking for. I love that it keeps track of the excercise and explains how to do them. If your looking for a personal trainer without the cost.. Look no further.

Cool app does what is says it does and I'm considering buying the book too, there are some bugs though. Whenever I try to enter data on "timed plank" I can't find a colon and any number I put there crashes the app.

Great app, mirrors the book. One minor bug it has. Set timer counts to 00:99 seconds before rolling over to 1:00. Rest timer counts correctly. Otherwise app is flawless

Doesn't work on 5g

This is my second review. I noticed the first was never printed, probably cause they sensor criticism. This app doesn't work for 5 g iPods. It does however work on my friends 4 g. That does me no good. In 5g the app doesn't let you move beyond the initial test data entry because you can't hit the done icon. If I could get my dollar back I would.
