This app is the closest you'll get to shooting with a Leica on your iphone, on any phone for that matter. Yes, it's that good, that special, and for 99 cents, a ridiculous value. I'm a huge fan of all of this developer's apps, from 645pro to PureShot, etc. But there's something special about 6x7, some hidden quality to the photos that the others don't have. I don't know if it's an accident or intended but the resolution, the contrast, the image is as close to out of the camera wet film as I've ever seen on any other app, and I've tried most. It's ease of use, easy interface, and total simplistic control only adds to the romance of using this camera. I would complain about the fact that there hasn't been an update of this app in a while, but, honestly, I really don't want one. No changes, nothing. If they can get even higher quality without changing anything, I'm all for it, otherwise, don't touch it. My last note is that it's the best high contrast black and white shooter you can find. If you love photography pay .99 cents and play with this app, you will not regret it.

Crashes and loses photos

I love the quality and format of this camera app but won't put up w/ it's instability anymore. When will it be fixed? Reviews from 2 years ago complain of the same issue...

I am a photographer and own many apps. I already own 645 pro II & Pureshot. I am not in need of another app but this does offer tonal qualities SOOC that is brilliant. I like shooting with this so much I placed it in my dock. Thanks for the great app, Mick Motor

Love this camera & filters, but ...

*Please* update for iOS7 - and please also work on making camera faster to write pictures. This is my favorite camera, I really hope it gets updated! I'm sure you've got lots of users who'd be so happy if you gave this camera some attention.

Needs an update.

I love the photos I've taken with this app, particularly the B&W ones, but it is quite buggy. In particular, when taking a shot part of the screen will appear to be "split" if that makes sense? And it crashes on occasion.

Excellent.

I am a fan of 645 Pro and PureShot and bought this (and 6x6) mainly to show support for the developer. I didn't take a lot of pictures back in the days of film cameras, so these apps are helping me fill in my background photographic skills. Flipping the Flash switch and hearing the whine of the strobe condenser brings back memories of my old rangefinder.
