I could not hear the cues for when to walk or run. Tried adjusting music level, but that changed the volume of the cues along with it. I made it thru the first day by continually looking at the iPod screen for when to switch up. Then after i went thru that, it did not store it in my history. :( on to another one


Needs a few tweaks

I started the program and it seemed to be going fine. Then I must have accidentally hit an ad and it kicked me out. When I went back to the app it had erased all my info. That happened several times throughout the workout. It was frustrating that none of it even showed up in the history.

It's my first day using this app but I'm already feeling a difference... I wanted something to boast my cardio workouts at home when I'm not able to get to the gym and this fit the bill to a tee.. I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to get geared up for a 5k run or even just to increase their endurance with running in general.

Has to be in the front to work. Greedy. Too many ads during my run when I need to see the running screen, my music, or other necessary info. Spammy. I'm happy to see ads, just not during my run.

Great app. It quickly prepared me for a 5k. Only issue is that sometime when switching between running and walking the app doesn't warn me of the change.
