Wonderful moment to refocus

Love the ease of online. Would love a format that is more flexible/customizable

As an experienced practitioner, I have chosen to modify my answers to the daily questions in a way that makes sense for me in the moment but the rigor of the categories always make me feel that I’ve wimped our on the exercise. Not everyday is “amazing” and some days I don’t think I could have done something “better”!

Amazing value

This app is worth the small fee. Gratitude makes you feel amazing throughout the day, and the daily quotes are thought provoking! I wish there was a way to have a daily notification from the daily quote on your lockscreen.

I started having bouts of anxiety 2 years ago and the number one non-pharmaceutical treatment for anxiety is gratitude- I started a gratitude journal but felt I was lost, after listening to a podcast that recommended this app I got it and have the direct easy simple way this provides for a gratitude journal!!!

Best Journal
Five Os

I have been using this App for coming up on 2 years now. Daily! Daily is the big thing! Normally I try this and that and never stick with anything. The journal is broken into sections. The first is a daily picture (my favorite section) then you get prompted for gratitude, making the day great and in the evening best part of the day and what would have made it better. I have to admit that in the written section I have gone rouge and free form (write what I chose). But that’s ok, keeping a daily journal is something I could never accomplish before. It calms my mind and helps me appreciate my life.

Good app

Best impulsive purchase in the App Store

Brings such focus to each day and is a reminder that my life isn’t as bad as I think it is sometimes. I totally agree you’ve got to get super specific to continue to appreciate using the app. Also super stylish which makes it feel more like a real book. I’m only one week in though so hoping my enthusiasm doesn’t wane and I can make this a true habit!
