I’m a bit confused. The apps privacy label says it doesn’t collect data, but their website says they are? Which is correct?

I’ve had this App for years and anytime I hear a siren in my town I’m tuning in. The top 100 is probably my most used though. I’m a Fan. I still love after 5 years 12/10/21

Nothing is fun like hearing sirens in your neighborhood and switching on your 5.0 radio app and finding out what's going on. As long as you have Wi-Fi or cell service, it works. With all the trunking and different things going on with emergency radios, this app makes it easy to get a glimpse of what is going on, on the most commonly used channels. Learn your 10-codes and enjoy being in the know.

I’ve tried out multiple different scanner apps & this one is by far the best I’ve tried. I love how I can choose a channel to automatically open & play when I open the app. The auto recording option has helped me a lot when I needed to go back & listen to something. Thank you to everyone behind this app!
